Who we are
We are a small private group of CEO’s who lead non-competing manufacturing/marketing companies doing business with retailers and wholesalers in the hardware/home improvement and building material business.
Our mission
To provide a forum in which members can discuss internal company, industry and customer issues in a private and confidential environment with a support group of their peers from non-competing companies.
This group consists of a maximum of twenty-five CEO’s and would meet twice a year for meetings in centrally located cities. The group assembles for cocktails and dinner the first evening and then meet the next day from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm in order to facilitate returning home that day. An agenda will be provided prior to the meeting listing topics for discussion submitted by the members and facilitators. Once a year a survey will be taken by all members, which will include information on salary, benefits, commodity prices and price trends in the market. All information will be coded so that individual company information will not be divulged. These meetings are private and attendance may not be delegated. The current members must approve any new member, in advance. Only non-competing companies and presidents or CEO’s of these companies will be allowed. There will be no minutes of these meetings. The annual membership dues will be $3,500 per year. All travel and lodging will be at the members expense and all meeting expenses will be pro rated among the members. The facilitators will be Richard Dell and Ed Leblanc. Outside speakers may include retailers, wholesalers, educators, investment bankers, benefits experts or others as appropriate.
